24 MONTH WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
All works that are carried out are covered by our workmanship guarantee. The final invoice serves as your point of reference. This guarantee is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of job completion.
MATERIALS WARRANTY / GUARANTEE
All materials we use are covered by a manufacturers warranty or guarantee
(not SOS Electrical Contractors) that can vary in length and terms. We will advise you of any warranties that you will have and how to ensure that they are valid.
All deposits taken for products are subject to custom order and are not refundable.
NON-GUARANTEED
In the extremely unusual situation where there is not a warranty / guarantee on any works we carry out or any products to be installed, we will advise you of this in advance.
PRICING
We will always discuss costing with you fully at the quotation stage prior to commencing any works. Sometimes we may discover something that will require further works than originally quoted for and we will always make you aware if this situation arrises, and discuss it with you.
HONESTY AND TRANSPARENCY
We will always be completely open and honest in regards to required works and never try and sell you anything that is not necessary. Any requested changes to a quotation must be made in writing. All inspection reports carried out by us are fully detailed and completed in accordance with Chapter 65 of BS7671 with an honest outcome.
